When Courtney first started online learning through her local public school system, the days were long and rigid; close to eight hours of screen time, even when it wasn’t necessary. After trying a homeschool hybrid program with limited results, her family was still searching for the right fit.
That’s when someone in the gymnastics community recommended American Virtual Academy.
After speaking with the AVA team, Courtney and her mom, Marcie, took a leap of faith.
