American Virtual Academy has partnered with nationally renowned content providers to offer the premier online high school courses. AVA courses utilize online textbook readings from Glencoe McGraw-Hill and Holt, Rinehart and Winston. We also use Smart Science for our science labs, which is the only virtual science laboratory program approved for Advanced Placement classes. Auralog, a language learning software program, is used in our foreign language classes. Auralog utilizes speech recognition software to compare students foreign language speaking skills and compare it to native speakers. We have also partnered with United Streaming to provide each course with quality instructional video clips and interactive games to stimulate the learning mind. At American Virtual Academy, we recognize that each student learns in his or her own way. We use this knowledge and combine the best elements from national content providers to appeal to all learning styles.
